Support development of a statewide,
cross-industry-cluster partnership to address workforce development
needs of high-priority occupations in a variety of security
fields for the viability of businesses;

Build sustainable IP sub-groups in
and collaborating with each of PA's nine Department of Homeland
Security regions; each subgroup to include industry representation
from all counties when possible and across applicable PA industry
clusters; and

|
Identify occupational focus and career
ladders, assess needs, coordinate providers, and implement training
and other workforce development initiatives, with direction
and drive from advisory board. |
