_Building and Construction Trades Industry Partnership

The goals of the Building and Construction Trades Industry Partnership are as follows:
  • Define the workforce challenges of the Building and Construction Industry in Beaver, Washington, and Greene Counties. Convene employers, unions, existing intermediaries, and economic development groups to identify the highest priority issues;
  • Gain consensus on shared strategies to address these needs in the short and long term; and
  • Coordinate training providers and workforce intermediaries to better support the overall workforce development system for this cluster.
