ABOUT US

Welcome to Southwest Training Services, Inc., where our mission is to help employers and jobseekers make informed employment and training choices. We serve Washington and Greene counties in southwestern Pennsylvania. Southwest Training Services, Inc. is a service provider for the Southwest Corner Workforce Investment Board.

Our staff is very knowledgeable about the local labor market,
with an in-depth understanding of both sides of the employment equation: supply and demand.

SUPPLY
We help job seekers become attached, or reattached, to the workforce through education, training and job placement services.

DEMAND
We help employers attract and retain new and incumbent workers through recruitment, screening and training.
